New Flash Player release enables h.264 GPU decoding on MacOSX

Shutterfly releases new Express Uploader built with Adobe AIR

Shutterfly recently released a new application called the Express Uploader that makes it very easy for their customers to upload images to a Shutterfly account. Once uploaded, the existing Shutterfly can be used to turn albums into prints, photo books, calendars and more. The application is powered by Adobe AIR and leverages new capabilities available in our most recent version of the AIR runtime (version 2) including integration with native code using the native process API. Congratulations to the team at Shutterfly on the launch of the desktop application! Anumber of popular uploading tools are now powered by AIR including the Vimeo uploader that we highlighted in an earlier blog post .
